This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Putvuallt to our conversation on Monday, July 14, 1997, this is to coArrn our agreernent fcv off
loadirig spode from the dtedging you will be performing on Sound Dr. The area in question for off
loading is the dead end of Pond Dx. As yvu knt w, that area is l4mited for room, and will require a
great deal of cam- on your part to remain on the Tkywn`a right of way.
T w krnna of the agrectneut arcs as followu, all equipment and spoils will be contained on a1c right of
way. All rwi aff [rota t6 spoils shall also lie contained on the right of way. The area will be cleaned
and restored to the original state once work is complete. And finally, if any of tlxve Conditions are
