The Condo Association would like to clear the concrete debris to prepare for a nice wooden replacement fence. We also would like to support the efforts to prevent further erosion by placing the concrete debris at water's edge as riprap at each end of the concrete bulkhead and out approximately 25-30 feet. This essentially will reinforce existing riprap and strengthen the shore in those two locations (highlighted in purple) which are water runoff points.
