(h) Docks or piers shall be aoceeaory uses only and may not be built or maintained unless there is a residence structure. (e) Docks and piers shall be single (one deck only), private and noncommercial. (d) The total length, including any ' T' or "L" shall not exceed two hundred (200) feet and they shall not exceed six (6) feet in width. The total length may be extended upon application to and approval by the board of adjustment and ahowing of a necessity to extend beyond two hundred (200) feet in order to reach a usable depth of water. (e) A "T` or "L", not to exceed twenty (20) feet in length nor six (6) feet in width, sway be placed at the offshore end of the dock or pier. Such "T" or "L" &hall not extend nearer than seven (7) feet to the riparian or littoral boundary of any adjoining Property, (f) !ether than the 'T" or "L" at the off-ahue and, piers or docks snail be met back from each aide line a minimum of twenty-two (22) feet. (m) Within twenty-four (24) hours of any work on a pier or dock, all building materials used to build, repair, or [for] maintenance of the pier or dock shall be cleared away from the shore, bottom and water to proper disposal area.
