Contract: Seawall replacement at your Creek Road property in Beaufort, NC
Build and install 113' of vinyl seawall including 1-6' wingback on the south corner & a 6' wing on
the north corner, and 77'-78' across front of the lot, 15' next to Jim's lot will be behind the wall,
and 2-4' wings there as well. We will remove the old wall along the 78' section and go back in the
footprint with the vinyl
Labor to install 16' of wood panels & whaler (provided by customer) on the right side of the boat
ramp.
8 foot dead men on 6 foot centers. 2' treated cap and 6x6 treated top whaler. 3i4x12 foot
galvanized rods to be buried below grade and roofing cement to treat exposed outside edges.
Vinyl is Everlast 4.1 series 12' panels in a grey Has 50 year limited transferable warranty on
vinyl Back filled to new grade behind wall and construction area. Fill dirVsand per design
requirements.
Back fill to grade with good fill dirt and seed and fertilize for the winter. Any iandscaping &
watering will need to be done by landscaping contractor or homeowner.
We will work under the dock and ensure the integrity of the wiring and plumbing to its current
working condition. and make repairs or pay for any damages done to it and or the boat ramp.
Price is good for until prices rise 10% or more wholesale, and would be added to the contract at
my cost
Estimated time to complete 7-10 days and contract does not include unforeseen circumstances in
the execution of this project. Any additional work or changes would be at a negotiated or prorated
price, and conform to code and CAMA regs.
Terms to start building 50% deposit and 25% at 75%, and the balance promptly on completion

Thank you for working me when you can as I know you are very busy these
days. Creek Road is off Royal Road next to the vacant Mini -mart on Merrimon
Road.
Take road to the end and you will see Fisher's Point to the left and Creek road is
to the right by the mailboxes.
The property in question is the round, Carolina blue house at 215 Creek Road.
Mr. Braddock's brother is the property owner on the right side and has signed off,
and the neighbor to the left is Dave Mason who has signed off.
I think you also have in hand a permit application submitted by Mr. Mason for
rebuilding his pier. You may want to combine the visits since they border each
other's properties.
We want to follow the same footprint closely as possible with a new vinyl wall and
leave the boat ramp alone as it is in good shape.
