Attached to this letter are the Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements indicating no
objections to the planned repair of the rip -rap on my waterfront. Also attached is a check
for $200.00 to cover the cost of the Permit required to conduct the repair.
As I indicated when you were here I am in a bit of a time bind because the property
owner next door is approaching the point in time where he will start landscaping his lot,
and I will need to use his driveway to get the equipment and trucks onto my lot in order
to make the rip -rap repairs. Anything you can do to reduce the time required to issue the
Permit will be greatly appreciated.
