Deinstall current TIDE TAMER lift, Rotate it 90 degrees, reinstall it ---- orientated North/South. 2. Install four new pilings — further out in the ICW-2 foot (east and south) from current stern pilings ...... suggest using 10 inch ---- 2=25' 2=30' 3. Install a "bumper piling" 15 feet SOUTH of lift piling, to keep boat from between the neighbor's pier and the shore area. 4. Install a 5 X 16 ft walkway on the land side of the lift .... attach to current pier and use existing pilings, span 12 feet..... build a 20 inch X 9 foot extension between the piling to step on as you get on/offthe boat. Leave existing piling tall; don't cut them off. 5. Arrange for an electrician to make the necessary connections, using the current electrical source from our house. We turn the power on/off in the house. I met with the CAMA man on 3/2/07 and he says he will approve the lift relocation into deeper water.
