Before the job begins, the Owner shall furnish the Contractor with the location and character of any underground utilities not located by the locating service. If Owner shall fail to do so, Owner agrees to release, indemnity, save harmless and defend the Contractor from and against all liability, loss, damage, and expense caused or occasioned thereby. If Owner fails to complete the payment schedule as outlined and an attorney is hired for collection, Owner agrees to pay all costs associated to attorney fees, court fees, and all other legal fees that may be incurred with the collection of this debt.
