My wife and I own the house and lot at 1711 E. Fort Macon Rd. Atlantic Beach, NC and I have obtained approval from Adjacent Riparian Owners. They are Ken Jones to the west and Randy Reed to the east. I have also received approval from Patricia Moss, President of the Asbury Beach Home Owners Association which now owns the canal. Complete Adjacent Riparian Property Owners Statements with a drawing of the proposed location of the lift are enclosed. Eric Ellis, Marine Construction, 205 Nottingham Lane, Morehead City, NC. Phone 252-726-6775 has visited my site and has agreed to install a 10,0001b. (or less) lift after I receive CAMA approval.
