Attached is General Permit #45264C- to construct a 190' x 5' dock and a 20' x 10' Platform and
(2) 13' x 13' boatlifts at 108 North Court Atlantic Beach, NC
In order to validate this permit, please sign the permit as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the signed yellow and pink copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed
envelope. If the signed permit copies are not returned to this office before the initiation of
development, you will be working without authorization and will be subject to a Notice of
Violation and subsequent civil penalties.

I am applying for a CAMA permit to repair and extend the pier at my house on 108 North
Court. Enclosed is a rough drawing. The proposed length is only 200 ft so not as long as
your pier or Mr. Murdock's and it will be in the current location. If you have any
questions, please call me at 910 793 8610 in Wilmington or 910 512 1723, Ashley's cell
phone. We do not have a phone at Atlantic Beach. You can always reach me via e-mail
