T1us permit, issued on \ \ -- 'Z� S lS , is subject to compliance with the application (where consistent Nvith the permit), all applicable regulations, special conditions and notes set forth below. Any violation of these terms may be subject to a fine, imprisonment or civil action; or may cause the permit to be null and void. Total Platform Coverage 1) Under the Rules of the Coastal Resources Commission the permittee's total platform coverage can only be authorized for 656 feet, i.e., 4 x property width of 164'. Existing and proposed coverage of pier T-head and finger piers is 780'. Therefore, the coverage proposed must be reduced by 124 sq. ft. This could be accomplished by reducing length and/or width of finger piers, e.g. Boat Launching Ramp Deleted 2) The proposed boat ramp and associated service pier is not authorized and is hereby deleted from the project plans due to the presence of coastal marsh and submerged aquatic vegetation. This deletion (See attached sheet for Additional Conditions) This permit action may be appealed by the permittee or other qualified persons within twenty (20) days of the issuing date. An appeal requires resolution prior to work initiation or continuance, as the case may be. This permit must be accessible on -site to Department personnel when the project is inspected for compliance. Any maintenance work or project modification not covered hereunder requires further Departmental approval. All work must cease when the permit expires on December 31, 2001 In issuing this permit, the State of North Carolina agrees that your project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.
