He is an elderly man and his property is up for sale, so I guess he has no time for us. I also tried to call him and left a message twice. I have enclosed a check for $100 for our permit to put in 2 groins. I will tell you, though, we are only planning on putting in one at this time, the one closest to the Zeigler's property. The rip rap we already have just needs some refreshing. Mr. Chadwick would like to do both the Zeigler's and ours at the same time, so we are hoping to get our permit soon. The Ziegler's have already been in contact with you, I understand. Please let me know if there is something else we must do. If everything is in order, please issue our permit as soon as possible.
