at 2544 Lennoxville Rd., Beaufort, NC
In order to validate this permit, please sign the permit as indicated. Retain the white copy for
your files and return the signed yellow and pink copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed
envelope. If the signed permit copies are not returned to this office before the initiation of
development, you will be working without authorization and will be subject to a Notice of
Violation and subsequent civil penalties.

Remove and replace existing bulkhead (225') with 16' Shore guard #425 Vinyl Seawall.
Approximately 8' embedded and anchored with concrete deadmen poured in place 15'
back with 3/4" galvanized tie rods, 15' long. There will be a 3' wooden cap on top of the
new bulkhead.
Install 25' of new vinyl builkhead, 12' length Shore Guard #425 Vinyl Seawall.
Approximately 6' embedded and anchored with concrete dead men poured in place with
15' back with 3/4" galvanized tie rods, 15' long. There will be a 3' wooden cap on top of
the new bulkhead.
Removal o 37 cubic yards of dredge spoils from basin. The spoils will trucked off site.
Install (10) pilings approximately 25' each along the new bulkhead on Taylors Creek.
This is for stabilizing and tie off capacity.
