Type and Dimensions of Project
The proposed project to be located and constructed as described
above is hereby certified as exempt from the CAMA permit re-
quirement pursuant to 15 NCAC 7K .0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration,
a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary
to continue this certification.

Any person who proceeds with a development without the con- / '4,4
sent of a CAMA official under the mistakewassumption that the Applicant's signature /
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the

Dear Mr. Mercer:
Please find enclosed the information requested pertaining
to the proposed seawall at 2110 Neuse Cliffs Drive in New Bern,
Craven County, North Carolina.
You will find enclosed a signed statement by both contiguous
landowners stating no objection to tying in to their existing
seawalls and erecting new seawall.
Also enclosed are 1) cross-section ;of proposed seawall;
2) overview drawing of area; and 3) cross-section of existing
conditions.

Neuse Forest Drive ... As you approach the river you will be forced into
a 90 degree turn to left ... 2110 is the fifth house on the right, just
beside a fire hydrant.

to 2110 Neuse Cliffs Drive, New Bern, County of Craven, North Carolina.
By affixing our signatures below, we state that we have no
objection to the erection of a seawall at 2110 Neuse Cliffs Drive
nor do we object to proposed seawall tying -in to our existing seawalls.
