All excess materials will be hauled off site and deposited on high ground by the contractor. Each contractor shall dispose of this material to the best of his ability in the local area. Location will depend on the contractor that receives the low bid contract. The utility line crossing will not adversely effect a public water supply intake. The utility line route or construction method will not adversely disrupt the movement of those species of aquatic life indigenous to the water body.
