• Vicinity Map.
• Profile Plan Pettiford Creek Crossing.
• Written statements signed by adjacent riparian property
owners indicating they have "no objections."

There will be no resultant change in preconstruction bottom contour
of the creek. All excess materials will be hauled off site and deposited
on high ground by the contractor. Each contractor shall dispose of
this material to the best of his ability in the local area. Location
will depend on the contractor that receives the low bid contract.
The utility line crossing will not adversely effect a public water supply
intake.
The utility line route or construction method will not adversely disrupt
the movement of those species of aquatic life indigenous to the water
body. Bottom -Tensioned Curtain Boom shall be installed to contain soil
sediments from the excavation.

will be installed in the right-of-way of NC58 as shown on the enclosed
plan.
Coastal Management T15A:07H.1600 requires the approval from the creek's
adjacent riparian property owner indicating they have no objection or
confirmation that a written statement by Certified Mail has been sent
to each adjacent riparian property owner. Each owner then has the oppor-
tunity to provide, in writing, comments to:
