violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro- ,
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local issuing date
ordinances, arid 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no

By this letter, General Permit #C-6257, which was originally
issued to you on March 23, 1990, is hereby renewed for an
additional ninety (90) days. This gives you a new expiration
date of January 12, 1991.
The conditions of the original permit still apply. You
propose to bulkhead 150' of your property along a man-made canal.
Also, you will still need to obtain any necessary permits
from the local government.
