This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Following is a copy of the pier permit for 233 Deep Bay Drive. Please note that the pier length
has been reduced to 200 feet based on current rules and regulations. A copy of 07H.1200
regulations for the Construction of Piers: Docks: and Boathouses in Estuarine and Public Trust
Waters also follows. In order to increase the length of the pier you will need to show an additional
one foot of water depth gained per each additional 100 feet of pier length. Please contact me
regarding sounding instructions should additional pier length be requested. Note the maximum
pier length allowed under this general permit is 400 feet.
This permit may be revised to include up to 2 boat slips and related mooring posts if desired as
long as the total project length does not exceed 200 feet (up to 400 feet with proper sounding
data). Project construction to be completed by the listed expiration date. If additional time is
needed the permit will have to be reissued including an additional permit fee.
A hard copy of this permit will be sent to you via mail. Please sign and return appropriate copies
as indicated.
