After you issue, I need to write a letter to Ms. ford stating that we have issue a permit over her objections. Please put the permit and letters of objections on my desk to remind me. As far as Mr. Parker goes, if he will agree to the removal of the outer board and one wingwall of the "swimming area" then I would have no problems to you issuing a permit to go in front of the exisiting concrete or wharever was there.
