This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Scott,
When you get a chance, go ahead and issue a permit to Dr. Brynn for
the bulkhead but delete the slip extension. After you issue, I need
to write a letter to Ms. ford stating that we have issue a permit over
her objections. Please put the permit and letters of objections on my
desk to remind me.
As far as Mr. Parker goes, if he will agree to the removal of the
outer board and one wingwall of the "swimming area" then I would have
no problems to you issuing a permit to go in front of the exisiting
concrete or wharever was there. I have put his check on your desk.
