RE: CONSTRUCTION OF A SEAWALL ON PALMER PROPERTY
It is my understanding from our discussion today that you intend to construct a seawall
entirely on your property, which borders Freedom Park property in Beaufort. Your project
includes digging and other activity and requires a CAMA permit for which you need approval
from neighboring property owners.
The construction, as you described, will have no adverse effect on park property.
Based on the information provided to us concerning construction of a seawall on your
property, we have no objection to your construction plans.
