violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
applicant's signature

This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer's signature

The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local issuing date expiration date
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no

PKS Aquarium Fireline Loop Project
Mr. Jones
The Pine Knoll Shores Aquarium was issued a general cama permit on 1/3/97
to install a waterline that would serve the fire protection system. The project
came in over budget and was not constructed. The permit expired 1/3/98. 1 have
enclosed a check for $50.00 to reestablish the permit. Please let me know if
there is any other information required for the permit. Thank you.
