This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the.
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Re: Seawall Replacement/Maintenance Dredging
Mariners Point Condominium Association, Inc.
Dear Sir or Madam:
Mariners Point is presently requesting a minor C.A.M.A. Permit from
the state to replace a section of seawall approximately 130 feet
long along the north side of the swimming pool. The new seawall
will be immediately in front of the existing seawall, which is
starting to break down.
Also, the association wishes to do some routine maintenance
dredging within the marina. Presently certain areas are only 1-2
feet deep and we want to increase the depth to 4-5 feet deep. The
dredged material would be placed behind the new seawall.
As an adjacent land owner we are required to notify you of our
plans. If You do not object to this project we request that you
sign below indicating no objection.
If you have objection to this project, you may contact within 10
days of receipt of this letter:
