Dear Sir or Madam: Mariners Point is presently requesting a minor C.A.M.A. Permit from the state to replace a section of seawall approximately 130 feet long along the north side of the swimming pool. The new seawall will be immediately in front of the existing seawall, which is starting to break down. Also, the association wishes to do some routine maintenance dredging within the marina. Presently certain areas are only 1-2 feet deep and we want to increase the depth to 4-5 feet deep. The dredged material would be placed behind the new seawall. As an adjacent land owner we are required to notify you of our plans. If You do not object to this project we request that you sign below indicating no objection.
