I have read section .1200 - General permit for construction of piers: docks: and boat houses in estuarine and public trust waters and I believe the attached drawings are within those parameters. Page 1 is the detailed outline of the end of the dock. Page 2 is the overall dimensions in relation to the property. Page 3 is the okay from the mayor of Cape Carteret and pages 4 and 5 are the okay from my neighbors. Page 6 is a letter from M. Ted Tyndall after an initial site survey done on 5-26-99.
