drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Dear Mr. Renfrow:
We are the owners of the above referenced property and plan to extend the existing dock
measuring 4 feet width by 20 feet length in the canal adjacent to our property as shown
on the enclosed sketch. The new addition will measure 2 feet wide by approximately 25
feet length from the existing dock eastward and a 4 feet width by 20 feet long section
from the end of the 2 feet wide section with the easterly end of this section located 15 feet
from the easterly property line.
In accordance with CAMA regulations, we are writing you this letter as the owner of Lot
20, Sound View Park and enclosing an "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement"
provided by CAMA for your use. If you have any questions regarding this construction,
please call me at the above number.
