The new addition will measure 2 feet wide by approximately 25 feet length from the existing dock eastward and a 4 feet width by 20 feet long section from the end of the 2 feet wide section with the easterly end of this section located 15 feet from the easterly property line. In accordance with CAMA regulations, we are writing you this letter as the owner of Lot 20, Sound View Park and enclosing an "Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statement" provided by CAMA for your use.
