Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the
development.
The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap-
plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp-
tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent
landowners certifying that they have no objections to the
proposed work.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices.
Any alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs, will be executed only upon written orders, and will become
an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. In the event
of a termination of this contract, the owner agrees to pay as liquidated damages frften percent (15%) of the contract sum. In the further event
that the owner fails to pay any sum due under this contract, and the contractor employs attorneys, the owner agrees to pay all costs of
collection, including attorney's fees of twenty percent (20%).
NOTE: This proposal will be wtihdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days.
