This exemption to CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization. Following expiration, a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary to continue this certification. The wall will be constructed of treated wood with 6" x 6" pilings on 5 ft centers. I also plan to replace a boathouse that was destroyed during the hurricane as shown on the plot plan.
