quirement pursuant -to 1'5 NCACT7K0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.

This c(,Nfication of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for9&-4ays from the date of issuance. Following expiration,
a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary
to continue this certification.

is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the
development.
The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap-
plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp-
tion, and (2) a written statement -has been obtained from adjacent
landowners certifying that they have no objections -to -the
proposed -work.

The Town of Swansboro as an adjacent property owner has no
obJections to your restoring the dock you recently lost due
to the hurricane. We do ask that you restore the dock where
it originally was and make sure you leave right of way for
the Town's end of Chestnut Street.

deck at my property on Hawkins Creek (known as 420 Chestnut Street),
Swansboro, N.C..
Our previous agreement regarding your lifetime use of the dock for two
boats shall continue.
