Regarding our conversation tuesday night concerning the construction of a rock sea-wall
on your property on Harkers Island, N.C. and the usage of my property ,vNrhich lies east
and adjacent to your lot . You have my permission to construct the sea-wall on your
property and to also to use my property as an acess by your contractor for your sea-wall
construction. If I can be of any further help please feel free to contact me. Hope to see
you, Ann, and the kids alot this summer.
