This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is valid for-90-days from the date of issuance. On June 24, 1982, we issued general permit No. SAWC078-N-019-0056 (enclosed) that authorizes the maintenance, repair, construction, and installation of piers, docks, boathouses, mooring pilings, and wooden jetties in North Carolina. } Your proposed work is authorized if you can comply with all permit conditions. Please read the enclosed permit to prevent an unintentional violation of Federal law.
