This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

Following this page are two documents that you indicated
Were required to issue permits to Mark Hardeman of Coastal
Marine Contractors, Inc.
It is difficult to get contractors to come to do the work on
our dock that hurricane FRAN made necessary. We Want to
take advantage of the services of Coastal Marine Contractors
while they are in this area.

Two slip owners of our DolpWn Point Boat Owners Association corporate dock wish to
make some minor chatWs to their slips. James R ITtgginbottom, owner of slip #/Q wishes
to add two pilings within the present boundries of the dock. Pat R3aswli , owner of slip 4.
1' wishes to move the outside wmer piling two feet upstream, making the entrance to
her slip two ft. wider to better accomodate her catamaran cruises'.
As President of the i3PBO association, I hereby approve the changes that these slip
owners wish to make.
