In this capacity, we request that the Major CAMA Permit be withdrawn from consideration due to the design changes we are now submitting. Please refer to all future work at the Cullman waterfront property as it appears in the General Permit drawings dated 17 December 1996. The Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements were signed after the two adjacent owners reviewed the sheet 2 of 6 of this revised permit application. Both owners waived the setback requirement. Dan Krautheim's property is unaffected to the west since the new construction is still 15 feet off the property line, in line with the existing pier. John Young waived the setback on the east side of the Cullman property. There is no existing structure in that location in the bend of Taylor's Creek.
