This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
In issuing this permit the State of North Carolina certifies that
this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal
Management Program.

Dear Mir. Duncan Harrison,
Jennifer and I have reviewed your proposed dock to be located between lots
# 16 and 17 in the Moorings subdivision and find it to meet our acceptance
with the following pre -agreed stipulations. First, the proposed dock is to be'
built to a length only to reach the 5 foot water depth at mean tide along the
extended lot 16 and 17 common boundary line. Also, the dock will not /
exceed the length predetermined and marked by a PVC pole on the weekend�� ,
of 4 July 1996 and vOttiessed by yourself and the undersigned. As per
telephone conversation, said pole has not been altered and building the dock
affirms on your part in good faith the pole; s location has not been altered.
In any event, the dock in question will not exceed'R)-Fe—et in len — or be
constructed beyond the pole that marks the S foot depth.
