Dear Mr. Volgas,
PUMURTlt to our conversation on M;'nday, July 14, 1997, this is to confirm our agreement f, off
loading Spoils fronj the dredging ycau will 6 perfunnirig on Sound Dr. The area in question Fur off
loading is the dead end of Pond Dr. As yvu know, tha[ area is limited lcxt room, and will require a
great deal of yams on your part to remain on the Towii`e right of way.

way. All run off from t6 spoils snail also be c, mtaincj en the right of way. The area will he cleaned
and restored to the original state once work is complete. And finally, if any Of t1mve Conditions are
