Re: Brandywine Marina - Dredging
Brandywine Marina Association hereby applies for a general permit for maintenance excavation
of its existing entrance channel, for a maximum of 750 cubic yards according to the diagram
attached to this letter. The approval of the landowner on whose land the spoils will be placed
and approval of adjacent riparian landowners are supplied with this letter.

As an adjacent property owner to the Brandywine Marina, I have reviewed the map attached to
the Riparian Property Owner Statement and hereby agree that the spoils to be removed from the
areas shown on this map in the amount of approximately 750 cubic yards will be placed on my
property as also indicated on the map as "spoil area" and will be used as fill on that property
designated as lots I and 2 of the Bay Harbor Village Subdivision, Phase II at Brandywine Bay.
