CONDITIONS
1) All proposed work must be done in accordance with with wort plats
submitted on January 16, 1996.
2) Applicant shall adhere to all General and Specific conditions of
the attached 7H. 1600.
3) All line installation work is to be performed in the existilca
right of way.
4) heavy equipment, including that utilized to remove old utility
poles and lines, dispose of excess spoil and/or effluent, shall
not operate below mean high water nor within. coastal wetlands.
5) All spoil and effluent shall be removed from the site and placed
on a highground disposal site and stabilized so as not to return
to waters, marsh or other wetlands.
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.
