She has two existing slips that she fs going to remove and place the two boat lifts in place of them well out of the two set backs. Gloria and Phil own both lots at 171 & 177 so we went to the next property owner to the North (right side) which is Mrs. McCabe. I am attaching a copy of the contract to show that I am authorized as their agent.
