He was sent and delivered a 10 day letter as attached and chose not to respond. The boat lift would be in the existing left side slip to raise the boat docked there out of the water. Mr. Flynt the property owner has several hundred feet of waterfront property as you will notice so crowding is not an issue. He has about 24" at low tide in the slip area.
