Per our discussions and the requirements of the Division of Coastal Management I have changed the layout of the dock. The pier leading out to the L-Head will be 145 feet from shore and five foot wide, and 3 feet above the marsh substrate. The L-Head attached to the end of the pier will be 10' x 20' with a 13'x13' boat lift on the end of the L-Head. The dock (pier and L-Head) will be 15' from adjacent riparian corridors. A diagram of the dock is enclosed in the attached Adjacent Riparian Property Owner Statements from Bernie Davis and Alene Gillikin.
