Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Hi Neighbors,
Hope things are going well. I had previously talked with you about putting rocks oil the
water side of our seawall on our property at 1.79 Pa7n ico Parinvay to try and prevent
future datnage from storms. Wee have decided that we are ready to pursue this. £ wanted
make you aware of it and make sure you do not have any objections. Our plans are to
place rocks on a slant from the top of -the seawall to the water_ We also plan to build steps
dawn to t& neater about mid-Nvay the seawall. IFyou do not have any objections, please
sign the letter and rettarn it to us so we can pursue getting the proper permits. Thanks for
your help.

I have no objections for Danny and Karen: Crocker reentbreing their seawall at 179
Pamilco Parkway by placing rocks on a stwit ftom the trip of the seawall down to the
water. (or ground). I also have no objections for steps being built in the middle of the lot
down to the water.

snake you aware of it and make sure you do not have aty objections. Our plans are to
place rocks on a. slot from the top of the seaivall to the water. We also plan to build steps
down to the water about mid -wad the seawall. If you Rio not have anv objections, please
