Division of Coastal Management, to place concrete rip rap along a portion of my shoreline. The rip rap placement would not under the general permit be allowed in front of wetlands. The placement would be within the confines of lot 1 and would not effect any placement of rip rap in front of your property. To comply with the general permit, 1 must ask our adjoining property owners for their indication of no objection. In accordance with this requirement, please utilize this correspondence as our request for your no objection response. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (919)728-2198..
