Date: 4/23/98
As one of the adjacent landowners to Crow's Nest Marina, I hereby grant permission for them to repair the
two bulkheads and replace the fixed docks on the west side of the main basin with floating docks as
discussed with Jim Bailey. One of the bulkheads is located behind our shopping center and we grant them
access for the purpose of doing this repair. All work is to be accomplished with a minimum of disturbance
to the tenants of Causeway Shopping Center.My understanding is that this work will be completed by July
31, 1998.
