drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine, _
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-

This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer's signature
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local issuing date expiration date
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no

Enclosed please find a copy of a survey detailing the
federally maintained channel in the White Oak River, at
Swansboro, Onslow County, North Carolina.
Also enclosed please find a copy of a Draft Setback document
containing a formula for structure setbacks on Federally
maintained channels. This survey and setback document together
will allow your surveyor to located the near side edge of the
Federal channel adjacent to your property. By using a 12-foot
project depth, the formula will reveal that you will need to stay
52 feet from the near edge of this channel.
