drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

We have been informed that the material dredged from our channel will be trucked
by W.A. Page & Sons to a sandy pit area approximately 2000' behind William A.
Page's former residence on Highway 24. The property is still owned by William A.
"Archie" Page and is located approximately 1 1/2 miles west of the entrance to Blue
Heron Bay on the north side of Highway 24. As a former County Commissioner, most
people in the area know Mr. Page and can give you directions as may be required. As
you requested, we will call to notify your office when dredging begins.

SUBJ : Blue Heron Bay Channel Dredging
As Bogue Sound Yacht Club common area adjoins the channel at the
east end of the Blue Heron Bay channel proposed for dredging, I am
responding as requested by the Blue Heron Bay Board of Directors.
Bogue Sound Yacht Club has no problem with this proposed dredging
as long as it does not effect property owned by Bogue Sound Yacht
Club, ingress and egress to our marina, and does not damage our
existing channel and channel markers. It is also our understanding
and requirement that all spoils from dredging will be removed from
site and not left on our property or adjacent property.
