This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site
drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine,
imprisonment or civil action; and may cause the permit to be-
come null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the
permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance.
The applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) this pro-
ject is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement has been obtained from
adjacent riparian landowners certifying that they have no
objections to the proposed work.

Re: Maintenance Dredging - Beacon's Reach Marina
Charles, please be advised that Beacon's Reach Master Assoc. Inc.
(BRMA) respectfully requests a C.A.M.A. permit to do certain
routine maintenance dredging at the BRMA marina, Pine Knoll Shores.
Enclosed you Will find a drawing prepared by Dick Dolgas (Mud
Bucket Dredging) to remove about 310 + / - yards of material at the
entrance and at the boat ramp. The work will be done by Mud Bucket.
The dredged material Will be placed on the Westport Pointe (BRMA
property). Also enclosed are letters from the adjoining property
owners, a map of the entire marina and a check made payable for
$50.
If you have any questions, please give me a call at 247-4017. We
are not requesting at this point a permit to install the bumper
pilings along the north wall.
