Your copy of the Property Owner Notification letter is attached. His property line should be surveyed before anything is approved by CAMA. This should be done by a registered surveyor or registered engineer. It is of my opinion that his property is not located close enough to the channel and his pier should be removed and relocated closer to the channel and his adjoining property owner. It was my understanding when I talked to you last by telephone that you would call me when you came to New Bern. I would meet you and we could try to finalize this matter with Mr. Baker.
