Attached is General Permit #018562-C which essentially renews an earlier permit that
authorized the construction of a 5' X 60' pier with two platforms measuring 12' X 24' and 6' X
9' and the installation of 3 mooring pilings. The project is located on Mason Creek adjacent to
your property off 2795 Florence Road, near Merritt, in Pamlico County.
In order to validate these permits, please sign where indicated. Retain the white copies for
your files and return the yellow and pink signed copies to us in the enclosed, self-addressed
envelope.
