On April 1, 1988, we renewed general permit No. SAWC078-N-000- 0080 (copy enclosed) that authorizes the maintenance, repair, construction, and backfill of bulkheads and riprap material structures along eroding shorelines in navigable waters and waters of the United States in the State of North Carolina. Your proposed work is authorized if you can comply with all permit conditions and the bulkhead alignments indicated by Mr. Mercer on September 124, 1988.
