This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration,
a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary
to continue this certification.

Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the
development.
The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap-
plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp-
tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent
landowners certifying that they have no objections to the
proposed work.

of Lot 6, Block A "White Oak bluff Subdivision D,
Section 1 M.B. 21 page 88, Carteret County for
reconstruction of dock, additional retaining walls and
property grading on the rear of owners property within
coastal wetlands of the White Oak River.
We are neighbors of the Walsh family who are developing
their property (lot 6A, White Oak Bluff), and we have no
objection to their plan to:
(1) remove tree stumps from the property;
(2) build additional retaining walls to repair the
recent storm damage;
(3) rebuild the dock which was destroyed in the recent
storm and;
(4) regrade and fill the property to restore the
original grade and tc fill behind the retaining walls
