Statement of Compliance and Consistency
This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowners).
The State of North Carolina and the Division of Coastal Management, in issuing this permit under the best available
information and belief, certify that this project is consistent with the North Carolina Coastal Management Program.

Contract: Vinyl seawall, boat lift, dock repairs, floating lift/platform
Install approximately 141 ' of 1'x1'x6' Everlast 3.1 gray, vinyl panels This includes
a 2 wing backs (23' & 16'), and 10' piling deadmen on 8' centers. With 5x8"x 12'
tieback rods. Labor & clean fill to new grade along the wall approximately 6"-8"
average slope back to grade in the yard. 2' wide wooden cap.
We can seed it with winter mix unless arrangements are made with Olsen's and
landscaper for sod.
Amount complete-$446OPM plus $400.00 for CAMA permits
Repair existing with new decking, stringers & new handrails & gate -$DOOM
Furnish & install 1-6000 lb. boat lift on 4 piling4"$"a
Furnish & install attachable 7' x 20' floating boat & and platform1AA1011ft plus

Electrical & plumbing to be quoted separately.
Terms: 50% deposit on seawall & dock (minus the lifts) to start, 25% at 75% and
balance on completion. Deposits covering the lifts will be collected a few days
before they arrive.
