The proposed project to be located and constructed as described
above is hereby certified as exempt from the CAMA permit re-
quirement pursuant to 15 NCAC 7K .0203. This exemption to
CAMA permit requirements does not alleviate the necessity of
your obtaining any other State, Federal, or Local authorization.
This certification of exemption from requiring a CAMA permit is
valid for g0 days from the date of issuance. Following expiration,
a re-examination of the project and project site may be necessary
to continue this certification.

Any person who proceeds with a development without the con-
sent of a CAMA official under the mistaken assumption that the Applicant's signature
development is exempted, will be in violation of the CAMA if there
is a subsequent determination that a permit was required for the
CAMA Official's signature
development.
The applicant certifies by signing this exemption that (1) the ap-
plicant has read and will abide by the conditions of this exemp-
tion, and (2) a written statement has been obtained from adjacent
landowners certifying that they have no objections to the
proposed work.

This permit is subject to compliance with this application, site drawing and attached general and specific conditions. Any
violation of these terms may subject the permittee to a fine or criminal or civil action; and may cause the permit to become
null and void.
This permit must be on the project site and accessible to the permit officer when the project is inspected for compliance. The
applicant certifies by signing this permit that 1) prior to undertaking any activities authorized by this permit, the applicant will
confer with appropriate local authorities to confirm that this project is consistent with the local land use plan and all local
ordinances, and 2) a written statement or certified mail return receipt has been obtained from the adjacent riparian
landowner(s) .

as "Street" and all privileges, appurtenances, and rights associated therewith. Said property is
described as follows:

Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 30 as shown on the map of John S. Jones property above
referenced. From said point of beginning run thence with the western boundary line of Lot 30 S 14
W 475 feet more or less to the high water mark of Bogue Sound; thence in a westerly direction
with the high water mark of Bogue Sound to the southeast corner of Lot 29 of the John S. Jones
property above referenced. Thence with the eastern boundary line of said Lot 29 N 14 E 475 feet
more or less to the northeast corner of said lot in the southern right of way line of the state
highway; thence with the southern right of way line of the state highway in an easterly direction to
the point or place of beginning.
The property hereinabove described was acquired by Grantor by instrument recorded in Book page
A map showing the above described property is recorded in Plat Book 1 page 113 .
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the aforesaid lot or parcel of land and all privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Grantee in
fee simple.
And the Grantor covenants with the Grantee, that Grantor is seized of the premises in fee simple, has the right to convey the same in fee
simple, that title is marketable and free and clear of all encumbrances, and that Grantor will warrant and defend the title against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever, other than the following exceptions:
