Chadwick Shores in Mill Creek, Carteret County Morning Mr. Connell- this would certainly be navigable waters (Section 10), as well as Section 404 waters. Our main concern would be that the structure not obstruct or impede the navigability of this channel, especially if there is an owner upstream of this tributary.
