Rose's is digging away the lumps of ground between existing slips in order to create more docking space for the boats that have to be moved. Rose's will also (as a temporary stop -gap measure) be digging some mud out of the areas between the existing docks because on low tide boats are going aground and laying on their aside - with boat owners being unable to move them. Some areas within Rose's harbor may also be dug out (for same reason above - shoaling) if time on permit does not expire. Ninety days is being allowed to comply with removal of lumps and relocation of boats. 120 days is being allowed to remove existing docks within the 275 foot restricted area - and to be relocated further down the harbor (Applicant Information) MailingAddress 7Yf'Kf(rrs City/State/Zip Telephone Number Date (Riparian Property Owner Information) ignature - bona it ►G fl /' Print or Type Name ,,?-6 :Z - -7aq 7(o Telephone Number 0 0 9 Date ADJACENT RIPARIAN PROPERTY OWNER STATEMENT (FOR A PIERliVIOORIYG PILINGSIBOATLIFTIBOATHOL'SE) I hereby certify that I own property• adjacent to '-E SCl E oSE 's (Name of Property Owner) property located at41C13 1c L),'v (Lot, Block, Road, etc.) on , in N.C.
